More info on bookmarklets link? #110

Should we add a link to the website for more general info on bookmarklets and how to install them on different browsers and devices? For example: http://marklets.com/FAQ.aspx

There is also a wiki page, but this doesn't contain as much installation instructions. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bookmarklet

I wonder if there is any difference between the Chrome extension and the bookmarklet?

If so, can this be mentioned on the Github page?

the bookmarklet is in simple words a zero-install version of the extension. But yes, it would be good to tell a bit more on the page about what is a bookmarklet and where its different from the extension

A difference is that you don't have access to the options panel, as far as I know. So there is little room for customization at the moment.

Thanks for clarification! So less customisation but auto-update or do I have to refresh the bookmarklet from time to time to get the latest code?

I hope we can work with the current bookmarklet for quite a while, I don't see why we would need more than a js file and a css file. But then again, you never know ;)
