Suggestion: remove keyboard shortcut #166

Related to #9. The chrome api allows the user to set a shortcut for activating an extension - which works with jetzt. Jetzt could set that, or direct users there for first-time setups. (chrome://extensions/shortcuts)

On Firefox and on Waterfox Classic, the extension defaults to conflicting with the browser's default Alt-S (access key S) for the History menu.

Also the extension is wrongly activated by key chord Control-Alt-S, which I have assigned to a different extension.

To avoid this I have disabled the extension, installed the bookmarklet.

I'm also having trouble with this. I use an English keyboard layout to also type German, so I use Alt-S to type out the letter ß. When the extension is enabled I can no longer type that letter :(
