Copy .yarn directory to temporary directory also #438

Without this change, you can't use patch-package if you have important things in your .yarn directory, which is common in yarn 2.

We don't really need to support yarn 2 - as it has its own patch package feature, but this PR seems pretty harmless to me 👍🏻
