Here's my suggestions onto the previous issue ( The importance of Marketing for CABS) :

Tiered Pricing: Offer early bird discounts, member rates, and group discounts to attract various attendee segments. Value-Based Pricing: Provide exclusive access packages and additional features for premium pricing. Flexible Payment Options: Allow installment payments and offer both refundable and non-refundable ticket options.

Social Media Marketing: Regular updates, content marketing, engagement campaigns, and influencer partnerships. Partnership and Collaboration: Industry and media partnerships to broaden reach. Offline Marketing: Promote at networking events and through print materials. Feedback and Adaptation: Collect attendee feedback and adjust strategies accordingly.

This was the previous issue ( The importance of Marketing for CABS) : For CABS (Chinese American Biopharmaceutical Society), marketing encompasses a range of activities aimed at enhancing the visibility and impact of the organization. This includes:

Event Promotion: Highlighting key events such as the BioPacific Conference to attract attendees and participants. Member Outreach: Engaging with current and potential members to keep them informed about activities, benefits, and opportunities. Partnership Development: Building relationships with sponsors, partners, and other stakeholders to support CABS’s initiatives and programs. Public Relations: Managing the organization's image and communicating its mission, achievements, and activities to a broader audience. The marketing committee is vital for several reasons:

Strategic Planning: Develops and implements marketing strategies that align with CABS’s mission and goals, ensuring that all efforts are focused and effective. Resource Allocation: Oversees the budget and resources for marketing activities, ensuring that they are used efficiently to achieve maximum impact. Coordination: Ensures that marketing initiatives are well-coordinated across different channels and activities, providing a unified message and approach. Performance Tracking: Monitors the effectiveness of marketing efforts, evaluates their success, and makes necessary adjustments to improve outcomes. Stakeholder Engagement: Acts as a bridge between CABS and its members, sponsors, and the broader biopharmaceutical community, fostering valuable relationships and gathering feedback. In summary, the marketing committee plays a crucial role in shaping and executing strategies that promote CABS, enhance member engagement, and drive the organization’s overall success.
