Some of the replies to major comments are as follows:
"It seems to me that a person using MetroEyes would still need a fair bit of technical knowledge in order to import data sources, then determine how they are visualized."
=> Our tool can import external data (such as Excel files or SQL database) automatically and determine how to visualize it. Please see a video demo at:

"since the tool still requires someone with a fair bit of mathematical sophistication even to use the graph interface?"
=> Our tool only requires users to drag-and-drop visual objects to perform exploratory data analysis.
It does not require uses to have "a fair bit of mathematical sophistication" or database knowledge...
I will revise the paper to make these points explicit.
