Use a changing graphic of a map based on color

Use the data from the CDC to make a map of the counties' death or vaccination rates based on a heatmap. The map changes each day. This will allow for a better view of where vaccines or deaths are more promminent.

To show effectiveness, the color can be based on the ratio of vaccination and death for each county

Ratio doesn't seem like the best measure here. May also be a little over ambitious.
