To-Do for Prototype

• We need to add make-targets for all steps for reproducibility
• Make command for generating all the metadata (i think this is just a make target that downloads the data, does the jesse preprocessing and euc distance preprocessing)
• We need to update the front-facing readme that explains our goal, main results, summarizes the reproducibility, summarizes challenges, and does acknowledgements
