Bow Drill have no sound when you start a fire with it, and it's unharvestable, but it's cancelable.
Ember Box cannot be harvested: when the harvesting is canceled, the harvesting sound is looped, only restarting the game eliminate the sound, reloading previous save file not. It's unharvestable, but cancelable, with the mentioned harvesting sound is in loop, and never stops until you restart the whole game.

The bow drill and ember box are both harvestable for me. However, there's a weird thing going on where it doesn't show the progress bar for some reason. This is most likely not unique to the fire pack
The bow drill doesn't have audio because I didn't know a good one to put for it. https://github.com/ds5678/Fire-Pack/blob/master/Distributable/auto-mapped/bowdrill.json#L27
I could not reproduce your audio looping problem. However, due to how ModComponent works, it would not be unique to the fire pack if it exists.

^I am having the same problem with the latest mod and game version. Tried to scrap Ruined (0 condition) Emberbox for a can, and the harvesting sound loops without actually scrapping the item.

I haven't had much motivation to work on mods for TLD lately (too much real-life stuff on my mind). You guys are welcome to install visual studio, investigate the causes, and submit a pull request.
