[x] Missing Foundation 1 Instructions on how it should be built. Construction cannot begin without it.

Instructions are being written at the moment. Should be resolved soon before nighttime.

Waiting for #2 to be resolved first. If not done by next thirty minutes, construction will move on. Parts used will be documented in Instructions.txt in the Foundations 1 folder. Inventory will also be updated.

Major delay in construction. Waiting for garage workbench to be ready. Permission not granted yet.
