Applied and tested TRON Legacy theme on all devices and Windows Phone still shows the standard Material Design purple. Files are currently loaded from CDN and then some CSS is modified to meet the theme design requirements.

Material Design CSS file will now be with index.html. CSS was edited and standard color purple replaced with TRON Legacy colors. No loading from CDN now unfortunately. This solution reduced CSS overwriting however.
