Adding a second IR emitter right next to the original one may be able to halt the robot. Testing this theory.
Adding a second IR emitter worked. Sensor circuits will be redesigned. However, keep in mind that this means the amount of sensor posts may need to be reduced due to lack of resources.
Upon reviewing resources available in inventory, E-Post 1 will be removed to allow the other posts to be built.
Checkposts are currently working with new design.
The emitters cannot stop the robot due to the kinetic motion. They are able to slow down the robot but because the robot is still moving and takes at least 1/8" to stop, the emitters won't be able to halt the robot.
