In Section 4 of README, give example of allowed output and how to interpret it, and that disallowed constructs may occur in TMAs and in the book in provided code.

Related to this, should allowed show an explicit message about not finding any disallowed constructs?

Section 4 has been removed from the README. The use of allowed is now within the TMA notebooks, explained in Section 5.3 of the book.
