Add aliases to check TMAs #8

Add aliases like check_tma01 as a shortcut for python allowed.py -m -u 10 TMA01/M269_23J_TMA01.ipynb, and similarly for TMA02 and TMA03. This assumes subfolders for the TMAs and requires to know the final TMA names.

The 23J VCE has already been deployed, and some tutors already installed the software, so best to add these aliases only for 24J.

In 24J allowed is called from within TMAs, so this issue became obsolete.
