Corr node hdf5 files are not renamed when they are closed prior to being completed #191

The "incomplete" in the file names should be removed when they are closed, even if they are closed because the python script is killed.

I see an "incomplete" file on the corr nodes every 3 hours, likely from when the python script is restarted every 3 hours.

@VR-DSA do you know when this started? I just noticed it today.

Hmm - no, I haven't noticed this before! I haven't been paying attention though...
