RFI subtraction from average beam #204

For each 64-beam window available in a corr node, calculate the mean beam power (say 10 nearest beams) and subtract it from a given beam prior to search.

Prototype on filterbank files with 10 (5+5) beams works well. Implementation in beamformer makes most sense.

Greg demoed this. Vikram implemented it in beamformer dsax_beamformer.
