Commissioning: run two-arm triggering in bad RFI conditions

Does T2 keep up during RFI without triggering false positives?

Ran overnight with an SNR threshold of 7.0 and requiring two-arm detections (plus other controls, such as a maximum number of beams in one gulp and in an accumlation over ten gulps). This is a very simple filtering criterion, so we have many other tricks to apply. Despite, that we went overnight relatively few false positives. I am feeling good about prospects for SNR_arm=7 threshold.
