Filter screen breaks when loading pol calibrated data #308

If pol calibrated filterbanks are loaded, the Filter screen throws an error (non-KeyError)

Issue is that timestart/timestop are not updated on pol cal data read

Resolved in commit https://github.com/dsa110/dsa110-pol/commit/4acefe20c66c6c875ee00093c2fc37ceb5bf3bbc ; Issue was that n_t and n_f weren't properly updated when loading data.
