ACME has been contacted. They suggested swapping the power supplies with another server to see if the sensor reading clears. Mark swapped both power supplies with the server in the computer room. Sensor still indicates a critical condition. Information passed on to ACME and waiting response.
Connecting to the host via the IPMI inteface and navigating to the 'Sensor Readings' page, it reports the following critical condition:
3.3VSB Lower Non-recoverable 0.273 Volts

The oldest log for this event was way back in 2020.04.08.
Another identical system report 3.28 Volts so clearly 0.273 is quite low.
The machine is still up and running so it's unclear exactly what 3.3VSB provides power to.
