physical controls? #10

Wow!!  I have tried for 9 months to try to find a Doom that worked on my 
tablet.  This is the first one that does.  Thanks.  Like the first poster, I 
have a physical d-pad.  Can I somehow map that to left, right, forward and 
backward?  Also, fire appears to be tapping on the gun itself.  Could you add 
an onscreen fire button on the right side near the bottom?  Other wise, thanks 
so much for making this work.
