Issue with Dell Streak 7 Tablet

Just installed it on my Dell Streak 7 using my wad and setup files from the G1 
old Doom app (Before you have this new project) 

Now when I FIRST loaded it, I was able to change to the Duke Nukem wad, it 
loaded up, I got the menu screen and was able to use the D-pad, couldnt get it 
to "select" tho from the menu to start my game. 

However then I tapped the very top of the screen, it closed out, then when I 
tried to load the wad files again, it just kept force closing out. 

Also its not using its full screen ability. Would be very interested to test 
fixes for tablet useage. =)

Since you listed more than one issue, I'm only going to respond to the issue 
with lack of on-screen controls.  On-screen controls are now available in 
PrBoom4Android_1.2.0-beta and multitouch is supported as well.
