co-Orbiting Spacecraft decrement

Currently we only track the fuel mass decrement of the actively moved spacecraft (typically the starshade). There may be cases where you want to track the mass decrement of both spacecraft in the formation.

New reason for this: One of the decadal concept architectures may want to use microthrusters for slewing instead of wheels, and so would need to track exactly what the fuel expenditure for this would be.
