documentation: charMargin default 15 -> 0.15 #221

Describe the bug In the present version of the ICD on https://exosims.readthedocs.io/en/master/_static/icd.pdf

section 5.13.1, it says the default value of charMargin is 15:

charMargin (float) Integration time margin for characterization. Default value is 15.

It is actually (per code) 0.15.
