Need planet emissivity model for future support of mid- to far-IR instruments. #340

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. EXOSIMS currently only understands reflected light. If we ever want to support IR instruments, we need to augment this with an emissivity model.

Describe the solution you'd like All photometric calculations will need to be updated to return the sum of reflected and emitted light.
