People are able to request stickers that they want club members to make (think art commisions)
Connected to/works with the sticker selling page
Allow people to request workshop ideas to conduct

Plan:

[x] Create Wireframe
[x] Create Frontend HTML
[x] Create backend to send formatted form entries to SFC email
- Controller w/ Email API --> Sending to my personal email for now for testing
