I recommend pending assignment to Pram once he joins the GitHub organization. This requires coordination with @jackpalaia about how UI elements should be rendered and organized, as well as which CSS framework to use. Personally I recommend Bootstrap but I'm open to other suggestions.

Note: Actually pulling the list of projects from the server is a separate issue.
