add CC-BY-NC license #242

I propose to change the license, because in my opinion it should be forbidden to resell the source code on specialized platforms

The license has already been changed from a previous one to MIT, the author has also made it clear he has no problem with people making profit off the launcher as there were multiple cases of offers being made for commission on the discord.
