Update for CMForestDiscovery

Pull Request (PR) description

This Pull Request (PR) fixes the following issues

• Fixes issue 27. Removing the CimInstance for the discovery schedule. Also added warning messages for ScheduleCount max value and if values are specified above the max value available, will set the value to the max acceptable value.
