Problem description

In CipherSuites, there is no ability within the resource to specify ECC Curve Order

Suggested solution

In CipherSuites, the ability to specify ECC Curve Order in addition to Cipher Suite Order should be available.

Operating system the target node is running

The appropriate registry key is only supported on Windows 10 / Windows Server 2016 and higher
