SharePointDsc: Switch task that run HQRM tests

Pull Request (PR) description

• SharePointDsc
  • The task DscResource_Tests_Stop_On_Fail that have ran HQRM tests will be removed in the next version of Sampler and replaced by the task Invoke_HQRM_Tests_Stop_On_Fail.

This Pull Request (PR) fixes the following issues

There might be style issues that was not caught with the old tests. If so I will fix them in this PR.

The task in Sampler cannot be removed because the new task only support Pester 5 currently. I come back when/if the new task will support Pester 4. In the mean time - ignore all what this PR says. 😃
