Add DscResourcesToExport to Manifest and Remove Wildcards #192

To improve the information in the PowerShellGallery, add DscResourcesToExport to the module manifest.

Also remove wildcards from FunctionsToExport, CmdletsToExport, VariablesToExport, AliasesToExport.
