PSRunAsCredential paramtere is missing #12

As per the example, there should be a PSRunAsCredential parameter in the resource, but that is missing in mof file. So, we are not able to add credential in the resource.

This parameter is standard for all resources in WMF5. This should probably be commented in the example. I'll submit an update.
