Removing the last field during creation results in bugs #17

When one field is left during model/group creation, the user is able to remove it, and it creates some weird effects (seems that the user is able to submit even though required fields are empty). Prevent this from happening; probably involves greying out the remove button

Closed with #13 -- there is no longer an option to remove the last field if only one field remains
