Add ability to delete #8

Applies to models, groups, and records

Records may not be as complex thanks to #2. If those pages turn into pages with just a big button that says "download data", there should still be an option to delete records from a date to a date

Group deletion has been implemented and can be used as a reference Main thing is a confirmation dialog
