maven-jaxb2-plugin integrated, sample for remote frames

I've integrated the Jaxb process into maven:

• Schema is part of the source src/main/resources/schema/Definition.xsd
• Generation will not overwrite any source in src/main/java/*
• Generation will not write directly to src/main/java/com/github/kayak/canio/kcd/ for some reasons
• XJB will generate source to target/generated-sources/xjc
• After generation and a diff between /target/generated-sources/xjc and /src/main/java you could manually taking over generated code
• Usage: mvn org.jvnet.jaxb2.maven2:maven-jaxb2-plugin:generate

And now there is a sample for remote frames.
