Remember the Milk import - email must be edited before forwarding #5

RememberTheMilk: 
sent me an email with all the tasks. I forwarded the mail with no subject 
(goes to default list - 
http://www.rememberthemilk.com/services/email/#import) but that does not 
seem to have worked.

When forwarding an email from Google Tasks Backup to Remember The Milk, any 
forwarding header text inserted by the email client must be removed before 
forwarding.

The first line of the email to RTM must be a task, otherwise RTM will ignore 
the email.

Note also that RTM appears to only import 50 tasks in an import email.
