Add option to update exchange rate each day #50

Will be good to add an option to update exchange rates each day, because when a computer has a long uptime of 1-2 weeks without reboot, we've got very old exchange rates in calculations.

Hmm, seems not fully working, after 7 days of Plasma session uptime, I see old exchange rates, but the fresh date of rates in settings (today). Restarted Plasma - and the calculator starts using new rates. @dschopf Could you please recheck, maybe it doesn't refresh the rates after updating in some places?

I have tried to reproduce this issue with the latest version of the plasmoid using Qalculate! version 4.6 but it was working as expected. Could you provide some details on which version you are using?
