Limits on adjust function are backwards for allocation percentage. #48

If your allocation is 25% and you want it to go up as the price goes down, you have 75% you can add, so 75 is the upper limit. The bot uses 25 (the original allocation) as the upper limit.

Fixed in R3, (branch "1.2.14Taxes")
