Pmx installation Hi dear friends. I try to install Pmx on Ubuntu 20.04 after writing the installation command, below output displayed on terminal. Is Pmx installed? pmx

The installation seems to be fine, although I would recommend to avoid installing as a root. I don't understand what water you have in mind. My suggestion would be to use the latest pmx versions from here: https://github.com/deGrootLab/pmx
