clang 7.0.0 CRAN compilation warnings #278

clang 7.0.0 is about to start its release process, with full release expected in 6 weeks. Packages BClustLonG BayesBD RNifti RTransProb acebayes episode glmmTMB gsynth icosa lidR resemble rrpack scorer text2vec textTinyR tidyxl have new compilation warnings. The messages should be self-explanatory, so please correct at the next update and before mid-September. (If necessary, we will remind you when clang 7.0.0 is released.) The logs are now at http://www.stats.ox.ac.uk/pub/bdr/clang7 .
