You can use the WHO situational reports (linked in /data/) to assist. How do we automatically extract from situational reports pdfs?

Do you mean extracting the data from the WHO situational reports (pdf) and saving it in CSV format? I think I can help with this issue.

How do you want us to proceed to add the data for the countries we've assigned to ourselves? Do we duplicate the line-list-africa.csv file in the repo and rename it to the country of our choosing, for e.g., line-list-ghana.csv? I'm not sure the instructions are clear.
