NICD has increased the amount of reports available. We need some help to see what might be useful.

Hi Dr. Marivate,

I have gone through the NICD reports and drafted a summary of the data they contain on Google Docs. I have the Doc linked, and I also have attached a PDF version.

Is this format helpful, or should I organize the data in another way?

Thanks @vaibhavijames, you might want to look at https://github.com/dsfsi/covid19za/blob/master/data/nicd_daily_national_report.csv to be the place we put the daily report numbers.

2 can we start view digitising the hospitalisation report
