To-do items:

[x] Update to use subset dimensions once https://github.com/dsgrid/dsgrid/pull/253 is merged in
[x] Consider publishing full-resolution subsector/bin information and providing supplemental dimensions per those listed under tempo_project/dataset/dimensions/supplemental

@daniel-thom, should I revise the subset dimension display names to be more human-readable? I was following another example, but then realized maybe I should just be reusing the strings I have for "name" for "display name".

@daniel-thom @elainethale Main things appear to be adding to year_to_year (or model_year_to_model_year) mapping, and fixing the bin.csv. I've noted in my comments what I think needs to happen. Let me know if I can help further.
