Sending a syndication endpoint that previously existed, but no longer does causes failure #62

After the removal of facebook, OwnYourGram started failing posts for me. This was caused by the fact OwnYourGram was still trying to syndicate facebook.

Perhaps in this scenario bridgy-publish could quietly move through, rather than error out hard?
