Understanding the Node.js Foundation By-Laws

Topic

Explore the Node.js Foundation By-Laws. The Node.js Foundation has existed now for a couple years and we’ve grown considerably since its founding. Node.js is one of the first major open source projects to survive and thrive following a major fork. In order to effect change, it’s vital that we under standing the system. We'll dive into how today's Foundation is structured and explore areas that need improvement and clarification.
