There is a liscence.txt file in there :) It is based on BSD liscence, which is what I use for my other projects as well. But let me know if is too restrictive for you so I can change it.
How did I miss it ? :) BSD is perfectly OSI-compliant, that's great ! BTW, there is a typo in the filename I guess
Without having looked at each and every individual file, I could not find a copyright notice or explicit license in the main ones (README, scorpio.cpp, etc). It would be good to explicitely state what users are allowed to do with this code - an OSI-compliant license would be really cool, indeed :)
