v2.9.0 MCTS logging broken #8

Feature option log=1 hasn't worked at least since the earliest releases of v2.9.0 -- no log file is produced.

Please create a "log" folder in the same directory as the scorpio exe.

Hmm, that's interesting. I'll do that, but why can't Scorpio itself create the folder?
