I updated get_bareground.sh to handle the new path and tile download. No changes made (or investigated) wrt tiles or tile values aside from LZW confirmation. I didn't remove the pre-existing code (just commented out, had some notes)

simple GEDI GFCH downloader added for future use

Hi @jmichellehu - haven't had time to review this and merge. Is there a reason you closed?

Ooops, I was changing the branch name on my fork and forgot about this PR. Makes sense deleting the branch would close the PR. I'll submit a new one tomorrow
