Stylesheet (little) progress. #81

Not much given the time I spent on it. But at least anchor fragments will now work for definitions. They are a little bit misplaced for sections though.

Just added a details/summary tag structure to the index page. It's not supported by FF but it makes it easier to navigate the toplevel module structure for now.
