Delete modal isn't properly unset #562

This affects both System Users and System Groups.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Select a user to open in System > Users
  2. Click Delete then again in the confirmation modal
  3. The user is deleted, editor closed and confirmation modal disappears
  4. Click another user
  5. User editor opens, but so does the delete confirmation modal
