Update pre-commit yaml to align with what is in the github action #29

If you run pre-commit run --all-files from the command line you can pass, but it fails the linter associated with the github action.

Can anyone replicate this issue?

As of now it does not seem to be an issue. We will leave close for now, but may reopen if we encounter this in the future.
